This Police man attached to Onipepeye Junction along old Ife road in Ibadan was so drunk in the early hours of the morning that he fell into the dirty gutter. I think he was maybe grooving "TGIF" lol!
And this baba below was so drunk that he could barely stand on his feet. This happen at Odo-Eran, Cele bus stop as early as 8:30am. Isn`t this shameful???
